My Poetry

My Poetry

On the nights when I sleep alone, missing you by my side, the vacancy never fills up and sustains the void, On such night you become my poetry. At times when I see you, the times when I forget to notice anything else, when I'm full with you, At such times you become my poetry. On the days when you are down, sad and upset, and talking to me when you say,"thank you for cheering me up' On such calls you become my poetry. Just looking in your eyes, resting my head on your shoulder, when you caress my face with your fingers, You become my poetry. And then as I leave, headed back to my field, I get a knot in my throat and I can't speak, When I feel the tears rolling down my cheeks, You become my poetry. ©The Honest Fabler — Sarvesh Antapurkar ©Image Source — Google Images...

Raw emotions.

Raw emotions.

I want to feel your skin against mine, Without any definite borders between. I want to take in every scent of yours, With every breath of mine. I want you to lay beside me, With your eyes staring deep into mine. Take a peek in my soul through the window, Without falling too hard in the rock bottom. Tickle me behind my neck, With your soft lips and the wet tongue. Or maybe there, where even your touch sends a shiver down the spine. Kiss my lips or bite them, It doesn't matter since it's a part of you. Take my hand and abandon your dysphoria, For together we'll stay happy in our utopia. ©The Honest Fabler ©Cover credits- Google Images...

A lover’s plea.

A lover’s plea.

I don't know how to begin, And put forth all the love I hold for you, within. Rhyme some verses to make you smile? Or betray the poet in me to break the stereotype? Shall I start with your lovely eyes? Or maybe something that holds more surprise? I wonder, how you look so perfect? Or is it my blurred vision that can't find a defect? Are you an obstacle that distracts me? Or is it my own fault that you attract me? You never asked me to love you, not once. Or did you smile so adorably on purpose, all these months? Whatever the case be, I just want you to listen. Listen to my heart that calls your name with every breath in. You might not know me as your lover. But I promise, my love for you will never be over. ©The Honest Fabler ©Cover credits - Google Images...

The rants of a lost Wizard.

The rants of a lost Wizard.

Locked in the shelf, never to be opened again. That's where my childhood is.     Pages of love, friendship, leadership and nights where we snuck away with the Marauder's map came together are all but gone. One can never forget the day when Hagrid brought Harry to 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey in Sirius's flying motor or when they re-united on the stranded island on 31st July 1991! We grew along the trio, learning through their mistakes, living their adventures, defeating our inner 'Death Eaters' and crying our hearts out over the deaths of the most hated Professor Snape or our beloved Dumbledore!. But who knew that the boy who lived under a staircase would inspire so many from his little acts of kindness like caring for house elves, or his greatest act of putting the Elder wand at rest in Dumbledore's tomb.(He broke the Elder wand in the movie. Bah!) From an alphabet to a legacy! The wizarding world has been a haven to all.💜 Joanne's imagination...
