Or maybe you’re as lucky as me to reside here. And if that’s the case then you probably know how vast our cultural roots go and how majestic our mother nature’s creation on this land is.
The sacred river of our country— Holy Ganges that flows from Himalayas and its tributaries where believers go in order to purge their sins and achieve Moksha(liberation from circle of life and death)—is a lifeline to people residing at its banks.
The Himalayan range makes a crown on our heads. The beauty of Taj Mahal, Hawa Mahal(Palace of Winds) and Shish Mahal(Mirror Palace) can only be admired, its architectural creation being outworldly.
Even after being the largest consumers of tea in the world(30% of global output), India’s ayurvedic practice has led to a long standing tradition of herbal teas resulting in India being the second largest producer of tea, following China.
But why is it the pride that
we I feel for our my country rises only when a day such as Republic Day or Independence Day arrives? Why is it that even after 67 years of our constitution coming into force not every person even know what it states?
For the condition of our country, good AND bad each of us is responsible. The things we do, the words we speak, the way we treat others is what would define our country’s people. It is what would make the glorious India’s people dignified!
