The Unique Blogger Award

Another award, Yay!

First off, how have y’all been? Blogging daily has slipped out of my routine, apparently, so make up to it— I’ve decided to keep blogging for next 21 days in ANYWAY possible! Why 21 days? Because I believe doing something for 21 days is enough to develop that particular thing as a habit. Let’s see what happens next. sigh

Now, let’s start what you’re here for!

The Unique Blogger Award

I’ve been nominated by the Aesthetic blogger- Riya Rajayyan from AestheticGraphy. I know I’ve said this before that her blog is aesthetic as her name, but lately, it’s improved to a whole new level! Be sure to check it out if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed. (Same goes for the unique bloggers that I’ve nominated below. Each of them are unique in their own way and it’s quite difficult to find similarities between the style of writing and blogging. Don’t miss any of them!)

  • Share the link to the blogger who has shown love to you by nominating you.
  • Answer the questions.
  • In the spirit of sharing love and solidarity with our blogging family, nominate 15 people and notify them.
  • Ask them three questions.

Since Riya is lazy, she’s asked me to answer the same questions that were asked to her.

1.What (or who) inspired you to get into blogging?

Ans: I’m tired from typing it so many times. Here’s the link to where I described why I started the blog.

The Honest Fabler started because my writings were homeless (Literally). This blog has given them a home, and to me, the recognition as a writer/poet and of course a learning Blogger!
It was short, right?

TheCramm & Blogger Recognition Award

2. Describe your ideal three-course meal?

Ans: You really don’t want to know what I consume to create poop, do you? (Why doesn’t it sound gross when Liza Koshy says it?)

3. Would you consider naming any future children after fictional characters, if so which characters?

Ans: Never thought about that. But mostly, no, I’ll save them the embarrassment of being just another person with a famous name. And I’m pretty good at naming characters (Certified by me XD) So, yeah, I’ll name them something good.

  1. Would you rather work on your dream job and never be appreciated OR take up an unwilling job and be appreciated by everyone you know?
  2. What would had been your first words as a kid, if you had the vocabulary that you have now.
  3. Do you believe in bashing what you hate or appreciating what you love?

My Nominees are

  1. The Girl on the Go
  2. Poetrylover
  3. Sanchali
  4. Sanjita
  5. Victor
  6. Shreyas
  7. Sakshi

    A soul and a diary.

The "Thank You Award."

Hello wonderful bloggers and lovely readers!

Since the time I was first nominated in The Mystery Blogger Award by poetrylover, the amount of nominations I received for the awards have increased, too! Sadly, however, it became a tedious job for me to make a post on every single nomination I got, so I decided to do it all together! And what better than calling it the “Thank You Award”?

Now, I know how the value of something you receive in bulk reduces hastily thus I wanted to make this a special post. The main motive behind these award chains is to make people know your blog, know your work, appreciate it and even create the eagerness in you to nominate other great bloggers.

Also, I know how too many award posts can be irritating and make you go—“Ugh! Another award nomination?” But yes, these awards do a great job in making people happier and appreciated about their work and there’s nothing else that a passionate person desires.

I’d request the award winners(YAY! Everyone’s a winner. I feel like Oprah, tbh, and it feels great!) to post the link to their best post in the comment section or if you want to write a post about it surely go ahead!

The Winners (Irrespective of their order) :

Mystery Blogger Award

Hello, my wonderful readers and fellow bloggers! I’d like to thank the wonderful poet, Poetrylover– for nominating me in this wonderful chain of “Mystery Blogger Award”. This is the first time someone has thought me worthy of an award related to writing, and it’s practically impossible for me to convey how honoured I feel.

“The Mystery Blogger Award was created by Okoto Enigma and is an award for amazing bloggers with ingenious posts. Their blog not only captivates; it inspires and motivates. They are one of the best out there, and they deserve every recognition they get. This award is also for bloggers who find fun and inspiration in blogging; and they do it with so much love and passion.”

The Rules:

  • Display the award logo on your blog.
  • List the Rules.
  • Thank the blogger who nominated you and provide a link to their blog.
  • Mention the creator of the award and provide a link as well.
  • Tell your readers three things about yourself.
  • Answer five questions from the nominee.
  • Nominate anywhere from ten to twenty bloggers.
  • Notify the bloggers by leaving a comment on their blog.
  • Ask your nominees any five questions of your choice, including one weird or funny question.
  • Share the link to your best post.

3 Things About Myself:

  • I’m a happy-go-lucky person, which quite sums me up. But I do want to be an engineer by profession and a writer by heart.
  • I love reading novels, binge-watching old TV series, exploring places I’ve never been to, acquainting strangers and of course writing stories and Poems.
  • I like to make people feel good for what they are and what they do or at times give them my unwelcomed *cough* wise *cough* advice.

Answering Poetrylover’s Questions:

1.What is your meaning of life?

My meaning of life is happiness. I believe everything anyone does is ultimately to make themselves happy. The cause of happiness may vary, of course. For some it is getting a great job, for some it is to be the fastest sprinter and you might’ve got the general idea. It isn’t always happy though, so I do this. I compare my troubles to the vast universe and the number of galaxies beyond the blanket of sky, it becomes very easy to forget the depth of the problem.

2.What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?

Embarrassment has always followed me all my life. Incidents like calling for someone and not getting a response from them is one of the most common example. But I remember one such incident very vividly. When I was in 4th grade, I participated in a fancy dress competition where I was an apple. My dad made me a thermocol cut out of a perfect apple big enough to cover my body. The only problem about it was, it was very delicate and as expected a small part of it’s corner got torn off. So when I stepped on the stage, I had to talk about apples. I did all that part well, but later I was joked about being an half eaten apple. It isn’t quite embarrassing now, I’m laughing to be honest. But yeah, that’s the most embarrassing thing happened to me.

3. Most beautiful place you have traveled?

My mind answered this as soon as I read the question. It’s no doubt Kashmir. The snow covered mountains, the beautiful hotels, the kind people we met and the soft snow against my tanned-Mumbai skin was a complete bliss. It indeed was a heaven on earth. I haven’t traveled a lot, but this is really a great place I’ll love to visit at least once every year.

4. What is your meaning of a successful life?

Success. The word for me at this stage of life means having a decent score in my study course, have a healthy relationship with my pals and also getting better at poetries and stories.

5. What makes you happy?

Curled up lips.
Aromatic food.
Passionate Eyes.
Loud motorbikes.
Intellectual brains.
Philosophical hearts.
Being the cause of someone’s happiness.
That’s all I can think of, for now.

I Nominate:

Chaos-xd (The pioneer of darkness)

R.D Maya

Shreyas Mogal

Meetali Pandit

Deepti Nair

The Dreidel

Fab Writings

Aubrey’s Arch

My Questions To The Above:

1.Why did you start blogging?

2.When was the last time you had the heartiest laugh?(A happy memory)

3.Where would you want to travel to?

4.Which novel or poem you hold close to your heart?

5.What would you want to change about your life? Why?

Link To My Best Post:

For me, my best post is this heartfelt poem- To her, with love. I’d love to get your views on it. 🙂
